It is our last day/night on the ship. We woke up going through the lock between the Danube and the Black Sea. The city was a Greek settlement and then a Roman settlement We walked the city and learned about the 14 churches in the same area (the synagogue is elsewhere).

The name of the Black Sea is named for being the dangerous sea as the sea is rough during the winter months. There is a low oxygen content in the sea so snorkeling and scuba does not show much if any life under the water.

We walked around looking at churches, old buildings and statues.

I took the afternoon to walk around the local mall, and then went back to the ship to start packing.

Up early tomorrow as we have to vacate the room by 8AM
